Healthy workshop = healthy habits from an early age
Table of Contents:
At our latest healthy food workshop, children learned through play, touch, and taste what it means to eat healthy and why fruits and vegetables are important for our bodies.
We had lots of smiles, curious questions, and little chefs who enthusiastically took part in preparing healthy snacks.
Healthy eating doesn’t mean strict rules — it means building a positive relationship with food. When children are free to explore different flavors and textures, food stops being an “obligation” and becomes something to enjoy.
Through balanced meals, children gain energy for play, focus for learning, and support for proper growth and development. The habits they build today become their natural routine tomorrow.
It’s also important to involve children in the process — from choosing ingredients to preparing meals. This helps them feel proud of what they’ve made and makes it easier for them to accept healthy food as part of their everyday life.
One of the children’s favorite recipes was a blueberry smoothie — delicious, nutritious, and easy to prepare at home with your little ones.

• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
